Refund & Return Policy

At classicswear.com, your satisfaction matters. Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date you receive your order. Requests submitted after this window are not eligible.

Eligibility

Unopened products: Eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days, in original, undamaged packaging.

Opened products: Eligible for refund or exchange within 30 days. Please ensure the product meets your expectations before fully using it.

How to request a refund

Contact our support team to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Include the RMA number with your package and send it to our fulfillment center within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and may be deducted from your refund.

Processing

Approved refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. We refund cases of fraud or unauthorized transactions, including shipping and handling charges. Refunds for other issues are issued at our discretion.
